A Web page is a single document that contains text and graphics for display on the World Wide Web. The simplest Web pages are written in the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), but more complex pages use a combination of HTML and scripting languages such as JavaScript or VBScript. Web pages can be static, meaning that their content is typed directly into the page, or dynamic, meaning that they draw their content from a database. |
